Nina Edwards is an award-winning illustrator. She has illustrated many young adult fashion and lifestyle books and magazines, including Seventeen, Cosmo Girl, Sweet 16, American Baby, and Girls' Life magazines. She also licenses her illustration images to a few US and international paper products and stationery companies, including Madison Park Greetings, the Giftwrap company, and Target.

She lectures at various art schools and international art organizations in US and Asia including: Parsons School of Design, the Art Institute of New York City, the Graphic Artists Guild, the Society of, Children's Book Illustrator's Group, and The Society of Children's Book Writers & Illustrators (Taiwan).

Nina lives happily in Manhattan with her husband Stephen, a Columbia University professor, and their active son Kyle.
