Yvette Silver is a published writer and cartoonist. Known for her speedy caricatures and witty captions, she entertains at private and corporate special events. Major companies, including GMAC, Pfizer and Merrill Lynch commission her to create cartoon portraits of their departing executives. Yvette teaches cartooning to school age kids. She makes her pictures using a mix of pen and ink, junk mail envelope collage, watercolor, gouache and colored pencils.
